Service Terms and Policy
  1. Month is defined as 30 days.
  2. Minmum speeds are guaranteed access speed up to the gateway.
  3. All time references in service definitions are made in “hh:mm:hours” formats.
  4. Day check out time si 00:00 hrs midnight.
  5. Day Means calendar day.
  6. Charges for static ip is extra.
  7. All the services are prepaid.
  8. Discounts are applicable only for usage based billing packages.
  9. Discount amount will be given as a Grace period.
  10. No cash refunds shall be possible.
  11. In case if disconnection,discounts are forfeited.
  12. Discounts are applicable before the service tax.

The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/”Company” individually and collectively refer to MRKR Communications Private Limited  and the terms "You" /"Your" / "Yourself" refer to the users.

This policy covers how MRKR Communication Private Limited  ("Company") treats personal information that the Company collects and receives, including information related to your past use of the Company's products and services. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their Services provided to him and request a NOC  from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Refund Policy

We will try our best service for our clients.

However, if any client is not completely satisfied with our products/services the clients have the liberty to cancel their monthly subscription and request a NOC from us.

However MRKR shall not be liable to re-fund  any amount if the termination is by the subscriber or for breach or failure on the part of the subscriber.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Please note that, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting any payable charges like, pending bills payment

At MRKR maintaining the security and integrity of our Services is a priority. We are committed to creating a safe, transparent environment to report vulnerabilities; Hence, MRKR appreciates the work of security researchers in order to improve our services and its security.

Any security vulnerability found by you that could impact MRKR or our customers, we encourage you to report this right away. Any legitimate incident reported by you shall be investigated internally and we shall fix the problem as soon as we can. In this regard, we request you to follow MRKR's Vulnerability Disclosure Policy and make a good faith effort to avoid privacy violations, destruction of data, and interruption or degradation of our service during your research.

  • This Disclosure program includes every applications and services that MRKR provides including any product that MRKR may provide as part of its Services.
  • All vulnerabilities affecting MRKR should be reported via email to the Cyber Security Incident Response Team
Eligible Vulnerabilities
  • In order to be eligible under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, the following conditions needs to be met:
  • You must agree to our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
  • You must be the first person to responsibly disclose an unknown issue
  • You must submit a proper summary of the vulnerability and reproduce all the steps as may be required by MRKR’s security team.
  • All legitimate reports will be reviewed and assessed by MRKR’s security team to determine if it is eligible.
  • We encourage the coordinated disclosure of vulnerabilities of the following application:
  • Cross-site scripting
  • Sensitive Data Exposure – Cross Site Scripting (XSS) Stored, SQL Injection (SQLi), etc.
  • Authentication or Session Management related issues
  • Remote Code Execution
  • Particularly clever vulnerabilities or unique issues that do not fall into explicit categories
  • Cross-site request forgery in a privileged context
  • Server-side code execution
  • Authentication or authorization flaws
  • Injection Vulnerabilities
  • Directory Traversal
  • Information Disclosure
  • Significant Security Misconfiguration
Program Exclusions

While we encourage any submission affecting every applications and services that MRKR provides including any product that MRKR may provide as part of its Services, the following examples are excluded from this program:

  1. All issues without clearly identified security impact, missing security headers, or descriptive error messages will be considered out of scope.
  2. Your findings should be supported by clear and precise documentation with no speculative information.
  3. All findings should have an indication of relevance and impact. We reserve our right not to act in case of findings with no real risk impact on our data integrity and security.
  4. All researches violating this Policy terms, Terms of Service, Safety and Security and data-related documentation as well as governing law shall be treated as acting in bad faith and in an illegal manner.
  5. We are not obliged to provide remuneration, fee or rewards for any vulnerability disclosure – such action remains in our full discretion.
  • Denial of Service (DoS) – Either through network traffic, resources exhaustion or others
  • User enumeration
  • Issues only present in old browsers/old plugins/end-of-life software browsers
  • Phishing or social engineering of MRKR employees, users or clients
  • Systems or issues that relate to Third-Party technology used by MRKR
  • Disclosure of known public files and other information disclosures that are not a material risk (e.g.: robots.txt)
  • Any attack or vulnerability that hinges on a user’s computer first being compromised
  • Any vulnerability obtained through the compromise of MRKR customer or employee accounts.
  • Missing Best Practice, Configuration or Policy Suggestions.
  • Knowingly posting, transmitting, uploading, linking to, or sending any malware.
  • Pursuing vulnerabilities which send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or unauthorized messages.
  • Testing must not violate any law, or disrupt or compromise any data that is not your own.
Process
  1. Your submission will be reviewed and validated by a member of MRKR’s Cyber Security Incident Response Team. Providing clear and concise steps to reproduce the issue will help us to expedite the response.
  2. You shall not disclose any vulnerability with any 3rd Party or to any public at large including through any social network, public / media without prior written consent from MRKR.
Customer Abuse Policy

MRKR always prides itself in according paramount importance to the customer service. Company employees/personnel are trained to treat customers with utmost politeness, courtesy and respect in every interaction they have with them. This process is further reassured through continuous interaction audits, training & monitoring. Despite our best efforts, in exceptional mitigating circumstances, like systems downtime, cable cuts, policy-related issues, our services may be impacted for short durations and it's our motto to reduce and minimize such circumstances to the maximum possible extent.


However, the company expects customers to respect its service provider and be courteous to the employees of the company and requests the customers to display mature understanding and desist from resorting to hostile and abusive behavior. In such unlikely behavioral circumstances by the customers, company reserves its right to take all such steps that may be deemed fit including, disconnection of service, initiating legal proceedings of civil and criminal in nature.
